This is to inform you, as a TCEMCA Agency, of all upcoming meetings for the 2010 calendar year. They are as follows:
TCEMCA BOARD
January 13, 2010 July 14, 2010
March 10, 2010 September 8, 2010
May 19, 2010 November 10, 2010
Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday 2:00 p.m., (except in the month of May.) Location: TCEMCA OFFICE
AGENCY DIRECTORS:
February 17, 2010-----Eaton Rapids Medical Center
April 14, 2010----------DeWitt Twp Fire Department
June 16, 2010-----------Lansing Fire Department
August 18, 2010-------No meeting - Golf Outing
October 20, 2010------Capitol Region International Airport
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday and are held at the locations indicated above. The meetings begin at 9:00 a.m.
CQI MEETINGS:
CQI meeting dates and locations will be determined by the CQI Coordinator. Once the dates are determined, the TCEMCA will send out notification to all Agencies.

Pharmacy Committee meetings are held at the TCEMCA office. The meetings are on the Thursday eight days after the drug box inventory and begin at 2:00 p.m.
DRUG BOX INVENTORY:
March 3, 2010
June 2, 2010
September 1, 2010
December 1, 2010
Drug box inventories are held on the first Wednesday and are scheduled at 8:00 a.m. for the Agencies and the Pharmacies.

Please note that these schedule dates are subject to change, so please contact our office to make sure of the specific date and time of any of the above meetings.
