This is to inform you, as a TCEMCA Agency, of all upcoming meetings for the 2011 calendar year. They are as follows:

Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday 2:00 p.m., (except in the month of May.) Location: TCEMCA OFFICE

Pharmacy Committee meetings are held at the TCEMCA office. The meetings are on the Thursday eight days after the drug box inventory and begin at 2:00 p.m.
DRUG BOX INVENTORY:

December 7, 2011
Drug box inventories are held on the first Wednesday and are scheduled at 8:00 a.m. for the Agencies and the Pharmacies.
